A complete overhaul of existing back office portal, into one comprehensive management platform. Allow internal Spruce members to effectively move customer’s booking through the service workflow, and manage details of every piece that goes into it.



Process

The process of overhauling the entire portal began with a full audit of functionality of the existing platform. The output of the audit was to reimagine a new architecture with a set of net new features and improved management and configuration flows. We phased this project out, focusing on interoperability and small wins, moving into newer functionality and flows.
